  104.                     The Interest Analyzer - Program Overview

  106. The Interest Analyzer is a financial software program designed with ease
  107. and flexibility in mind. It comes complete with a variety of financial
  108. tools for calculating Annuities (Savings, Interest Accumulation),
  109. Amortization (Loans, Mortgages), Depreciation, Immediate Annuities and
  110. Calculators for solving for missing values. Each financial tool contains
  111. a variety of options to allow maximum flexibility.

  113. The Interest (Savings) tool allows variable deposit modes, deposits,
  114. withdrawals and interest rates. Professional reports can be generated
  115. with varying detail. Special options are available to illustrate the
  116. time value of compounding and the impact of taxes on savings.

  118. The Amortization (Loan) tool allows variable payments, interest rates
  119. and compounding methods. Professional schedules can be generated with
  120. varying detail. Special options are available to illustrate the savings
  121. incurred with an early payoff of a loan and to show tax savings with
  122. mortgages.

  125. illustrated using different time conventions.

  131. printer. The Interest Analyzer is a menu driven program that also

  135. the ability to save and retrieve all information entered. The Interest
  136. Analyzer provides several miscellaneous configuration options for
  137. setting the program up to your individual liking.

  141. The Interest Analyzer is a shareware program.  This evaluation version
  142. includes all features of the Lite version of the program, and is not
  143. crippled in any way. You may use it for up to 30 days, without charge.
  144. If you like the program, and wish to continue its use after this
  145. evaluation period, you are required to pay for the program (see
  146. ORDER.TXT for more details). Any fee you may have paid to others (disk
  147. vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this evaluation version was a fee for
  148. their copying and distribution services, rather than a payment for
  149. continued use of the program.

  153. The Interest Analyzer can be registered with Insight Software Solutions
  154. with a check, money order, VISA or MasterCard in the amount of $25.00

  157. you the latest version of The Interest Analyzer along with a printed
  158. manual. Once registered, you will receive notification of major updates
  159. and new products. Registration includes a 90 day support policy where
  160. free updates will be provided for major problems. If a problem cannot be
  161. resolved, then a refund of money will be made.

  195. The Interest Analyzer may be run from either a floppy or hard disk. An
  196. installation program called INSTALL.EXE is provided to assist you in the
  197. installation of the program on a hard drive.  To install the program,
  198. insert the floppy disk in drive A (or drive B). From the A> prompt (or
  199. B>), simpy type "Install".  This will prompt you through the
  200. installation process.  Alternatively, you may simply copy the contents
  201. of the floppy disk onto the hard disk.  We recommend that it be placed
  202. into its own subdirectory.
